





**Position: Operations Assistant** **Position Objective** Ensure accurate TR1 and TR2 reconciliations to guarantee item traceability, prevent losses, and provide administrative support to the COP department. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform route reconciliations (TR1 and TR2) and identify discrepancies. * Locate and track items with incidents. * Register, manage, and assign pending items in the platform. * Audit fuel performance on TR2 routes. * Prepare and submit daily reports to the Supervisor. * Verify correct item unloading with route operators and assistants. **Decision-Making Authority** * Halt operations on routes where incidents are detected. * Request delivery or recovery of lost items. * Define routes to be audited. * Manage and track pending items in the platform. **Internal Relationships** * **Supervisor:** submission of reports and incident follow-up. * **Route Operators and Assistants:** validation of unloading and clarification of discrepancies. **Performance Indicators** * Accurate reconciliations. * Lost items. * Pending items and guarantees. * Cost per shipment. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * No additional language required. * Prior experience in inventory control, logistics, or operational auditing is desirable. **We Offer** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Retirement savings plan * Life insurance * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
