




We are seeking a Sales Receptionist with an excellent service attitude, professional appearance, and strong communication skills, responsible for providing first-contact customer service to visitors arriving at the agency, appropriately directing them to the sales department, and contributing to a positive customer experience from the very first interaction. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and attend to customers entering the agency in a courteous and professional manner. * Direct customers to sales advisors according to their needs. * Record visits, customer information, and reasons for contact in the system. * Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department. * Assist with scheduling and follow-up of sales appointments. * Maintain an organized and professional reception area. * Support administrative tasks within the sales department. * Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the customer experience. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical/vocational degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or sales (automotive dealership experience preferred). * Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication skills. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented attitude. * Flexible availability regarding working hours.
