Join our team to continue building our success story together. **Job Description** -------------------------- As Chief Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests with personal requests, receiving messages, arranging transportation, providing advice on local commercial services and entertainment options, and coordinating and monitoring guest requests for cleaning and maintenance. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Supervise and lead commercial support teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service. * Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to efficiently and promptly address guest requests. * Provide information and recommendations regarding transportation, local commercial services, and entertainment options to guests. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of local offerings to provide the best possible advice on various services and attractions. * Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and assist in resolving any issues that may arise. * Efficiently organize and relay messages to appropriate parties. * Perform additional tasks as needed to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. * Analyze information to resolve recurring problems and optimize operations. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Functions as a work supervisor for a commercial support team. * May spend part of the time performing the supervised work. * Accountable for team outcomes. * Works within established precedents and practices. * Analyzes information to resolve recurring problems. * Has 5 or more years of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Leadership Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration Accountability Commercial Experience Advocating for Guest Needs Self-Development Impact Interpersonal Skills Functional Job Knowledge**Education** ------------- * A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
