




**Technical Knowledge** * Advanced expertise in financial and tax regulations, including Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Mexican tax regulations. * Experience in financial risk management, cash flow optimization, and financing strategies. * Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, and budgetary control. * Advanced Excel, accounting ERP systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise accounting, credit and collections, procurement, accounts payable, and payroll to ensure operational efficiency. * Coordinate and supervise administrative, financial, accounting, and internal control processes. * Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts. * Control revenue and expenditure planning. * Implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures. * Conduct compliance audits and issue improvement recommendations. * Prepare and analyze financial statements (cash flow, income statement, and balance sheet) to support strategic decision-making. * Supervise proper application of Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). * Ensure compliance with federal and local tax and regulatory obligations. * Design and execute strategies to optimize cash flow by aligning revenues and expenses. * Coordinate annual financial planning: budgets, variance analysis, and adjustment proposals. * Define financial strategies to minimize risks and maximize profitability. * Implement tax planning and tax management actions aimed at achieving tax efficiency. * Develop financing strategies and financial risk mitigation strategies. * Identify risks or irregularities and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s culture.
