Position Summary: We are seeking a Cost Analyst to develop and maintain cost reports, analyze variances, coordinate with key departments, and control the accounting records of fixed assets at ESJ, a leader in structural steel solutions. We are one of the 10 companies comprising Grupo Punto Alto, serving the construction, real estate, metal-mechanical, aerospace, and financial sectors. **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cost accounting and general accounting. * Knowledge of tax regulations applicable to fixed assets and depreciation. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * Develop and maintain up-to-date operational cost reports, ensuring consistency and reliability of information. * Participate in the analysis of variances between actual and budgeted costs, identifying deviations and root causes. * Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Accounting departments to obtain supporting information for monthly closings. * Control the accounting records of fixed assets, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation. * Maintain updated physical and accounting inventories of fixed assets, ensuring accurate reconciliation with financial reports. * Generate depreciation and amortization reports in accordance with internal policies and tax regulations. * Ensure proper application of accounting, tax, and internal control policies related to this area. **Benefits** Competitive salary, development plans, superior benefits, major and minor medical expense insurance, and food vouchers. **Location** Building 1 and 2\- Grupo Punto Alto\-Chihuahua, Chihuahua If you are interested in participating in our talent acquisition process, please submit your CV through this channel.
