**General Objective:** Assist the General Manager in the daily development of departmental, administrative, and operational functions, such as payroll management, purchase requisitions, work plan development, innovation, and improvement proposals for future department projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Report news and/or special situations related to hotel operations to the General Management. * Take notes during meetings. * Follow up on pending tasks from both executives and the General Manager. * Manage and organize the General Manager's agenda. * Perform duties related or unrelated to the position according to operational needs and instructions from the General Manager. * Prepare requested reports and presentations. * Review Qualtrics comments and follow up with executives if necessary. * Assist the General Manager with departmental administrative tasks, such as payroll, warehouse and purchasing requisitions, and forms requested by other departments. * Manage tools and supplies under their responsibility to support job activities. * Follow up on tasks assigned by the General Manager. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field. * Minimum of one year of verifiable experience in similar positions. * Advanced computer skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Advanced Excel skills. * Personnel management experience. * Advanced English, fluent in writing, reading, and speaking. * In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry. * Excellent guest service skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Results and goal orientation. * Ability to follow instructions. * Confidentiality.
