This role combines physical work, customer service, and operational support. Requirements * Required education level: High school or vocational training * Experience: 6m \- 1 year as an Aquatic Tours Operational Assistant * Knowledge and tools: + Strong swimming ability, good physical condition + First aid, aquatic rescue, knowledge of maritime safety + Ability to remain calm under pressure * Language(s): + English \- Intermediate * Skills and competencies: + Communication + Strategic planning + Teamwork + Customer orientation * Candidate availability: + Travel is not required Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time 09:00 \- 17:00 Schedule clarification: Salary and working hours discussed during interview.
