




We are seeking a **PAYROLL SPECIALIST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. * Experience with payroll ERP systems. * User support (resolution of payroll discrepancies). * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, Income Tax Law (LISR), INFONAVIT Law, and FONACOT Law. * Excellent proficiency in Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Downloading working hours via various time-capture methods (biometric systems, etc.). * Managing and tracking attendance incidents. * Preparing weekly and biweekly pre-payroll reports. * Preparing weekly and biweekly payroll reports. * Calculating year-end bonus (aguinaldo), severance pay (finiquitos), liquidations, ISN, risk premium, and profit-sharing (PTU). * Proven experience and technical knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Updating and ensuring compliance with minimum wage (SMV), Unit of Measurement and Update (UMA), and Unit of Investment (UMI). * Knowledge of and experience with SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, Virtual Desktop, and REPSE systems. * Managing and administering vacation time and savings fund. * Managing and administering food vouchers and gasoline vouchers. * Operating the Contpaqi payroll system. * Processing payroll for over 400 employees. * Performing payroll reconciliations and closing accounting entries. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll payments. * Downloading and sending payroll receipts (PDF and XML formats). **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Statutory benefits
