Opportunity for Accounting graduates Construction company requires: Accounting Assistant Responsibilities: Request/download compliance opinions (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT) and retain supporting evidence Download and organize XML files of issued and received CFDIs Perform bank reconciliations Record income and expenses Stamp payroll Review the tax mailbox Archive physical documentation Safeguard payment receipts and acknowledgments Assist with procedures IMSS registration and deregistration Knowledge and experience in handling: SAT website IMSS website INFONAVIT websites CONTPAQ NOMIPAQ Electronic invoicing Intermediate Excel Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Offers: \*Salary: $12,000 net, paid biweekly \*Statutory benefits \*Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Work location: Col.
