




We are seeking an SAP specialist responsible for administering and controlling operations related to tracking and recording product movements within the facility, ensuring accurate communication and consolidation of data for both customers and management. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and control operations to keep customers informed about their product movements within the SAP system. * Support internal (management) and external (customers) requirements. * Consolidate data from requirements, inventories, and records for reporting to corporate and customers. * Generate and maintain up-to-date records compliant with established procedures for the department. * Monitor inventories and resolve clarifications to provide timely responses to customers. * Support Plant Management in collecting and delivering required information. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 22000 guidelines, following procedures defined in the Risk and Resource Management System (RRMS). * Perform activities in accordance with FSC Chain of Custody principles, ensuring proper control and handling of forest resources used in pallet repair and manufacturing, complying with Self-Declaration guidelines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of SAP system operation. * Experience in inventory administration and logistics operations. * Knowledge of GMP, ISO 22000, and FSC standards is preferred. * Ability to consolidate information and generate reports. * Communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. **WE OFFER:** Statutory vacation days IMSS coverage from day one Fixed day off (Sundays) Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) Fixed shift schedule Savings fund (Caja de ahorro) Monthly performance bonus Competitive salary Vacation premium (Prima vacacional) All statutory benefits **Evening Shift Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM; Saturday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
