




**Job Title:** Quality Technician (Company specialized in the development of testing programs) **Department:** Quality / Continuous Improvement **Job Purpose:** Support the **maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System**, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, customer satisfaction, and the proper execution of ADMAT’s operational and support processes. Administrative and organized MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the **maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 certification**. * **Coordinate and conduct internal audits** of processes, documenting findings and developing action plans. * Manage **customer complaints or non-conformities** related to product specifications or delivery timelines. * Perform **product and service validations**, ensuring compliance with technical requirements. * Oversee **quality system documentation** and promote consistency across all processes. * **Review end-to-end processes** to prevent internal errors or issues with suppliers. * Maintain and monitor key quality and operational **performance indicators (KPIs)**. * Participate in continuous improvement activities and support external audits. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Technical or TSU degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–3 years in quality control, auditing, or management systems. * **Additional knowledge:** Interpretation of engineering drawings, basic metrology, ISO documentation, use of quality tools. **Job Conditions** * **Schedule:** Full-time, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Location:** ADMAT Plant, 44150 Lafayette Job Type: Full-time Salary: $7,048.59 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
