




**A paper manufacturing and marketing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative.** **Main responsibilities:** * Handle and follow up on customer orders. * Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure timely delivery and quality. * Coordinate internally with logistics and manufacturing departments. * Monitor order status and resolve incidents. * Prepare reports and analyses in Excel. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service. * Experience in logistics or industrial customer service (desirable). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Results-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills. **Offer:** * Salary: $25,000 gross monthly. * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * 30-day Christmas bonus **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm / Saturday, 9:00 am \- 12:00 pm. **Work modality:** On-site. **Work location:** Guadalupe, N.L.
