Job Description We are seeking an On-Call Physician responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in emergency and inpatient departments, delivering immediate assistance in critical situations and conducting clinical follow-up in accordance with hospital protocols and applicable regulations. The physician will cover on-call shifts according to the hospital’s operational needs, ensuring safety and quality of care. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, with official degree and professional license (mandatory). * Preferred: Specialty in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related fields. * Minimum experience: 1 year in hospitals, medical on-call duties, or emergency departments. * Valid certifications: * BLS and ACLS (mandatory). * ATLS and CPR (preferred). * Registration with SSA/COFEPRIS (mandatory for hospital practice). * Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities * Attend emergency and inpatient consultations. * Conduct initial assessment, diagnosis, and immediate treatment of patients. * Prepare medical notes in compliance with NOM-004-SSA3-2012 and other applicable regulations. * Participate in the stabilization of critically ill patients and coordinate transfers when necessary. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Adhere to hospital safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols.
