Ensure proper product rotation in the store Hiring Floor Sales Associate - TSK Loreto Address: Corner of Benito Juarez / Vicente Guerrero, Centro, Loreto. Job Objective: Attend to and fulfill customers' product needs at SK stores, ensuring excellent service and quality standards that foster retention of existing customers, acquisition of new customers, and increased sales volume. Responsibilities, Duties, and Obligations: * Deliver excellent customer service and service quality to all customers visiting the store, from their initial reception through to loading merchandise into their vehicles. * Conduct sales activities appropriately aligned with customer needs, promoting product advantages, informing about promotions, offering substitutes, and addressing any objections to fully satisfy customer needs and maintain SuKarne as their top purchasing choice. \- Ensure all product sales/shipments are properly recorded in the system. \- Receive incoming inventory for stock, physically counting and inspecting products to ensure they are properly packaged, sealed, and meet required quality, weight, and labeling standards; report any shortages or quality non-conformities to the SK Store Manager. * Guarantee proper product rotation by supervising shelf arrangement to comply with first-in, first-out (FIFO) or production date principles; actively promote strategic and high-demand items.
