**Company Description** Urbvan by Kolors is a shared mobility network with pre-established routes operating through the most advanced technology and via the app. We focus on delivering a high-quality, comfortable, and safe service while contributing to reducing urban vehicle traffic. **Job Description** * Real-time incident resolution affecting client operations at their location. * Continuous improvement proposals for previously established routes. * Management of alternative transportation services such as On-site Special Service and route recovery. * Review of unit documentation compliance. * First contact with hosts to provide feedback regarding route compliance. * Proactive communication with on-site Managers about potential incidents. * Compliance with previously established service KPIs. * Execution of contingency plans to ensure route fulfillment. * Submission of shift-end reports covering that shift’s routes and activities performed. * Verification of units (ensuring they operate on time and properly). * Breathalyzer testing. * Provision of personalized attention to our customers. **Requirements** **You are the ideal candidate if:** * Completed high school diploma or training in administration, logistics, or operations (preferred). * Experience in operations such as fleet supervision, logistics, and/or delivery. * Profile oriented toward corporate customer service. * **Own vehicle required (MANDATORY).** * Availability to travel across various city locations. * Communication skills. * Availability to work 6 days per week, night shift 9:00–6:00 AM, Sunday off, weekday rest day. * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle. **Additional Information** **Benefits Package** * Gross integrated monthly salary of **$16,298.88 + $1,500 Gasoline allowance** * Work alongside a team of brilliant, fun, and motivated people. **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** At Urbvan, we strive to build a workforce composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, perspectives, and identities—helping us grow not only as a company but also as individuals.
