For our Chemicals Business Unit in Mexico, we are seeking TEMPORARILY: **Supply Chain Specialist** ***Responsibilities:*** * Execute the procurement process for chemical products until they are available for invoicing. * Manage supplier payments for products and services within the system. * Nominate vessels to suppliers and terminals. * Confirm with shipping lines acceptance of nominations by both suppliers and terminals. * Issue inspection instructions to laboratories at both loading and unloading ports, as well as for samples. * Send Bill of Lading (B/L) instructions to UPS United States when materials originate from that country. * Obtain required import documentation and ensure the corresponding department enters the material into the system. * Record all Purchase Orders (POs) generated upon shipment of materials. * Coordinate with the Quality Department for material release. * Generate supplier payment orders via internal system. ***Requirements:*** Higher education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Commercial Relations, or related fields. Minimum three years’ experience in similar positions. Willingness to work in the Naucalpan, State of Mexico area. Upper-intermediate English proficiency (spoken, written, reading).
