Job Objective Support **daily construction control and supervision**, ensuring proper progress of work according to schedule, quality standards, and safety guidelines, in coordination with the Senior Site Resident or Site Manager. Key Responsibilities · Completion and management of the **daily construction logbook**. · Recording of **staff attendance**. · Assistance in preparing the **weekly payroll**. · Monitoring construction progress against the schedule. · Daily coordination of on-site activities. · Receiving and managing materials delivered to the site. · Operational response to client concerns arising on-site. · Reporting incidents, delays, and deviations. Candidate Profile · Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture or Civil Engineering** (completed or final semesters). · Preferred experience of **1–3 years on construction sites** (recent graduates with internships are welcome). · Basic knowledge of: o Construction logbooks o Reading construction drawings o Construction scheduling software o Basic Excel · Organized, responsible individual with strong teamwork attitude. Additional Requirements · **Personal vehicle preferred** (fuel and maintenance support provided). · Availability for 100% on-site work and travel within the metropolitan area.
