Educate and train security personnel on emergency protocols We are currently seeking an Operational Supervisor in the field of Private Security, with experience managing high-turnover teams, supervising over 200 personnel, relevant industry experience, and accustomed to working under performance-driven pressure. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making, skilled in personnel management, workplace climate management and improvement, receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring effective task execution. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, developing risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Educate and train security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate security incidents, accidents, and violations, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security fields will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies. * Residency in one of the following areas: CULIACÁN. * Willingness to travel.
