Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical Meta Ads Campaign Trafficker to conduct daily campaign tracking, optimize results, and collaborate closely with strategy and design teams. Results-oriented approach and continuous improvement. **Position: Trafficker / Meta Ads Specialist** Our agency is looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join us as a **Meta Ads Campaign Trafficker**. We seek someone who not only sets up campaigns but also performs daily tracking, identifies optimization opportunities, improves results, and collaborates closely with strategy and design teams to deliver increasingly effective campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** * Campaign setup and configuration in Meta Ads. * Ongoing monitoring and tracking of active campaign performance. * Campaign optimization focused on improving results. * Review of key metrics including reach, CTR, CPC, CPL, messages, leads, and conversions. * Coordination with the strategy team to ensure proper campaign execution. * Collaboration with the design team to request, refine, and improve creatives based on performance. * Support in identifying areas for improvement in targeting, ads, budgets, and campaign structure. * Preparation of internal observations and feedback regarding campaign performance. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads. * Practical knowledge of campaign setup, tracking, and optimization. * Ability to analyze and interpret metrics. * Organization, accountability, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** **What We Seek in This Role:** We want someone who truly engages with campaigns—someone who understands that launching ads is only the beginning, and who possesses the discipline to continuously review, adjust, and improve in coordination with strategy and design. Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
