**Manufacturing Coordinator** **Job Purpose:** Ensure the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily production in accordance with available raw materials and established targets; verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system; confirm production performance within the Manufacturing Department; ensure effective personnel management; maintain strong interdepartmental communication; proactively identify potential issues within the manufacturing area; and uphold quality standards. **Responsibilities:** 1. Lead, coordinate, and supervise the scheduling and execution of operational and administrative activities within the Department. 2. Direct, supervise, and evaluate the implementation of work systems, procedures, methods, and controls required for the production of blends and filters. 3. Resolve problems promptly. 4. Propose to senior management the policies, plans, and programs to be implemented by the department under their supervision. 5. Coordinate and evaluate production program outcomes, and recommend necessary changes or adjustments to achieve predefined objectives. 6.
