Location: Near La Paz metro station Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM We Offer: · Statutory benefits · Competitive salary of $14,000 to $17,000 per month, commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. 2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in production equipment. 3. Supervise the operation and maintenance of pumps, mills, compressors, blowers, motors, and electrical panels. 4. Ensure proper functioning of the plant’s electrical substation and power distribution system. 5. Coordinate repair, fabrication, and adjustment work in the workshop (welding, lathe, modifications). 6. Manage spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance. 7. Supervise maintenance personnel and assign work orders. 8. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industrial safety standards. Required Profile: · Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. · Personnel management experience. · Organizational skills, confidentiality, and service-oriented attitude. Technical Knowledge: 1. Applied industrial mechanics for pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical seals. 2. Industrial electricity: three-phase motors, electrical panels, contactors, thermal relays, and reading of electrical diagrams. 3. Operation and maintenance of industrial mills (bead mills, NETZSCH, hammer mills, classifiers). 4. Maintenance of compressors, blowers, and compressed air systems. 5. Knowledge of electrical substations and plant power distribution. 6. Operation and maintenance of process equipment such as reaction towers, agitators, and production lines. 7. Knowledge of welding, lathe work, and fabrication of parts for equipment repair. 8. Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs and spare parts inventory control.
