We invite you to join our team as an: **LCC ISSUANCE EXECUTIVE.** **WORK MODALITY AND LOCATION:** IN-PERSON IN MEXICO CITY (5 MINUTES FROM ETIOPIA METRO STATION) **WE OFFER:** * Base salary (100% via payroll). **BIWEEKLY PAYMENTS.** * Food voucher. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Employee discounts. * Gym discounts. * Job stability. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism (recent graduates and interns may be considered). * Knowledge of the aviation alphabet and airport codes for major cities and beach destinations across Mexico. * Preferred experience: At least 6 months in travel agencies, airlines, hotels, or any other tourism service provider. * Availability to work **Monday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.**, with two weekday days off. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review the issuance report to identify reservations pending issuance. * Issue assigned reservations. * Identify reservations with dynamic fares and issue them promptly and correctly. * Follow up on any system interruptions. * Adjust reservations when there is a schedule change during issuance or when the flight or trip date is modified. * Review email-sent blocks to enter notes, click the “issued” button, and notify if any issues arise. **By joining our team, YOUR PASSION IS OUR BEST JOURNEY!**
