





Performs cleaning services for assigned guest rooms in accordance with established procedures and standards for cleaning, setup, presentation, supplies, and amenities provisioning for each room type, to provide guests with a comfortable and well-being-oriented environment. * After clocking in at the security booth, reports promptly and properly uniformed to the Housekeeping Office to register attendance, receive instructions from the Supervisor, and obtain assigned room and linen electronic keys and cards, signing the corresponding logbook. * Reports missing items in guest rooms, as well as Hotel property stolen by or misused by guests, to the Supervisor. Delivers all guest- forgotten items found in rooms to the Floor Supervisor and/or Housekeeping Coordinators for proper registration in Lost and Found. * Conducts physical inspections of each assigned room, recording its status and relevant details in the report, and submits it immediately to the Supervisor. Monitors rooms marked with “Do Not Disturb” signs or double-locked doors for subsequent cleaning and replenishment. * Performs cleaning duties within their assigned section, strictly adhering to established procedures and standards for cleaning, setup, presentation, supplies, and amenities provisioning per room type. * Prioritizes cleaning of rooms assigned to VIPs, Special Requests, and same-day departures. Responds to guest requests for additional supplies, amenities, and specific cleaning times, within the limits of workload capacity. * Is responsible for safeguarding assigned room and linen electronic keys and cards, using them strictly in compliance with established policies and procedures to protect guest and Hotel property. Reports any irregularities observed in guest rooms or Hotel facilities to the Section Supervisor. * Receives specific task instructions from the Section Supervisor and executes them in accordance with required standards. * Immediately notifies the Supervisor of vacant, cleaned rooms for inspection and system entry prior to re-rental. * Immediately reports defects, deterioration, and damages found in rooms to the Section Supervisor to initiate the appropriate work order to the Engineering Department for repair. * Ensures the housekeeping cart is fully stocked with linens, cleaning supplies, guest supplies, and amenities necessary to perform duties, using resources efficiently and responsibly. * Maintains work equipment in clean and orderly condition; cleans and organizes floor linen storage and the housekeeping cart upon completing daily tasks. * At shift end, returns room and linen reports, electronic keys, and cards to the Supervisor, using the designated logbook. * Reports for duty punctually and complies with Hotel-established policies and procedures regarding discipline, personal appearance and hygiene, working hours, designated traffic areas, and safety regulations. * Attends departmental meetings and continuously participates in position-specific training programs. * Executes all instructions and assignments given by the immediate supervisor, as well as all responsibilities inherent to the position.
