Position Objective Provide an excellent customer experience by selling products and goods on credit to build long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of credit, and identify needs to sell consumer credit. * Promote cross-selling and grow the customer portfolio with quality, establishing long-term relationships. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: product promotion outside the point of sale. * Clean, organize, and arrange work areas; assist in warehouse organization, support cyclic inventories, place POP materials and labels according to the defined layout. * Follow the customer service process: host role, greeting, advisory, closing, and ensuring the best in-person experience for customers. Candidate Profile Strong communication skills. * One year of sales experience, preferably in retail. * Knowledge of credit sales. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Experience in field customer prospecting activities / cambaceo. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Honesty throughout the sales process.
