We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to coordinate general office and construction site services, as well as manage the company's vehicle fleet, for an electrical installation company.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work at an electrical installation company located in Chametla, La Paz, B.C.S.
This position is diverse but focuses specifically on the control, scheduling, and coordination of general office and construction site services, as well as management of the company's vehicle fleet.
***Attention:*** *No specific knowledge of automotive mechanics and/or general services is required, as all duties are administrative. Inspections, repairs, etc. are handled by external vendors or specialized internal staff.*
**Requirements:**
* Partially completed or completed bachelor’s degree in administration-related fields.
* Availability to work in the Chametla area.
* Willingness to travel to Los Cabos occasionally.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
* Excellent planning, control, and communication skills.
* General administrative experience.
* Desired experience in vehicle fleet management and fuel control platforms.
* Interest in interacting with people.
* Strong follow-up with vendors.
* Intermediate knowledge of invoicing topics.
**Responsibilities:**
* Quote and follow up on general service requirements for offices and construction sites, including minor repairs, plumbing and painting, air conditioning, fumigation, etc.
* Manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including assignments and proper usage, through periodic inspections and constant communication with users.
* Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services required by company vehicles with users.
* Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, payments, warranties, etc. for various works performed on vehicles.
* Fuel refills via authorized platform and submission of weekly consumption reports.
* Monitor vehicle tracking platform (GPS).
* Process and renew permits, inspections, insurance policies, and any other documentation required for vehicle operation.
* Maintain physical and digital vehicle files.
* Perform general rounds as required by the position and department.
* Provide general support to the Human Resources department.
