Specialized in package delivery, seeking a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR. ***Job Objective*** Responsible for the comprehensive management of the branch, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory control, staff supervision, and proper resource administration. * **Operational Management** Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations. Ensure timely and appropriate arrival of materials and personnel. Implement and optimize logistical processes to improve efficiency. * **Inventory Control** Monitor and manage branch inventory. Conduct periodic audits to ensure record accuracy. Implement inventory control systems to minimize losses and errors. * **Staff Management** Recruit, train, and develop the workforce. Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Evaluate staff performance and manage improvement actions. * **Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance** Supervise proper maintenance and usage of vehicles and equipment. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * **Administrative Functions** Prepare management reports and periodic reports for senior management. Control operational expenses and identify cost-optimization opportunities. Promote continuous training and professional development of the team. ***REQUIREMENTS*** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions within the logistics sector. * **Skills:** Leadership and decision-making ability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
