**Description** At the American Technological University, we are committed to training future employees of the group's companies and developing Mexican talent in the fields of communication, music, and entertainment. **GENERAL SERVICES COORDINATOR** **Position Objective:** To maintain facilities fully functional and in optimal condition, thereby providing quality service to students as well as administrative staff. **We Offer:** · Monthly Gross Base Salary (NOT TAX-FREE): $10,000 (Non-negotiable) · Statutory benefits · Direct employment contract with the company · Job stability **Working Hours:** · Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. · Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Requirements:** Valid Tax Status Certificate (MANDATORY: Salaries and Wages Regime). **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years supervising maintenance of corporate buildings, general services, or similar activities. **Specific Knowledge:** Electrical systems, general installations and maintenance, handling of materials and work equipment, plumbing, drainage, ironwork, and general carpentry. **Required Competencies:** Service-oriented attitude; Commitment—Assuming Responsibilities; Effective Communication; Organization; Responsibility; Problem Solving—Developing Alternatives; Working Under Pressure; Teamwork—Collaborating for Results. **Functions:** * Coordinate and carry out, on time and as assigned, maintenance staff activities. * Schedule preventive maintenance for specific work areas—for example, cleaning air-conditioning units in classrooms. * Rearrange furniture for each event required across various campus areas. * Perform painting activities for classrooms, façades, and general facilities every six months, plus minor touch-ups as needed. * Daily verification that facilities have water supply sufficient for campus needs. * Inspect light bulbs, switches, doors, windows, and classroom structures. * Maintain restrooms. * Maintain landscaping. * Carry out maintenance activities across the Campus.
