Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural project development. * Knowledge and experience in preparing construction cost estimates. * Familiarity with construction regulations and processes. * Proficiency in design and modeling software: AutoCAD * Revit * 3D modeling software * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
