Location: Loreto * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems (completed or incomplete) * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support * Valid official identification Required knowledge and experience: * End-user level technical support * Point-to-point Windows system migration * Data backup * Image installation using tools such as Clonezilla, Symantec Ghost, Acronis True Image, among others * Proficiency with Windows Registry Editor * Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, WINS, configuration) * Installation and configuration of peripherals: printers, pinpads, scales, scanners * User-level permission management * Antivirus installation and configuration * Collection of on-site service evidence and signature * Execution of procedures following technical guidelines Additional skills: * Leadership * Team coordination * Customer service and verbal problem resolution Required tools: * Drill with metal drill bit * Network cable * 32 GB USB drive We offer: * WEEKLY PAYMENTS Job type: Temporary or fixed-term contract, Seasonal Salary: Starting at $600.00 per day Work location: Onsite position
