




Job Description and Responsibilities CommScope is a global innovator in broadband technology. Our team collaborates with leading Service and Content Providers to build entertainment and communication solutions that are personalized and mobile. **Responsibilities** Include but are not limited to: * Maintain legal file controls for documents generated by CommScope’s domestic entities. This information may relate, for example, to suppliers, customers, brokers, and carriers; additionally, internal information related to contracts, powers of attorney, permits, certification documents, audit documents, procedures, etc. Legal record keeping must be available to U.S. or Mexican authorities. * Carry out processes and obtain permits from government agencies related to Import & Export trade compliance, such as R8, RAOCE, RO, A30, IVA e IEPS, OEA. * Respond to requirements and requests as necessary. * Provide support to internal and external customers, focusing on ensuring trade compliance, regulations, and procedures. * Participate in internal audits to ensure our domestic entities comply with Import & Export compliance regulations established by government agencies, such as C-TPAT, SAT, SE, and/or ANAM. * Participate in external audits to ensure our customers comply with Import & Export compliance regulations established by government agencies, such as C-TPAT, SAT, SE, and/or ANAM. * As a result of audits, corrective and preventive actions may be implemented, and follow-up activities monitored. * Responsible for daily review of notifications received from VUCEM, SAT, SNICE, ANAM, DOF, and providing feedback to the Import & Export regional team.
