SAP MRP System Advanced English Proficiency in MICROSOFT OFFICE APICS General training on how established raw material collection routes operate. Minimum 3 years in this position. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure timely supply of raw materials to production lines. * Maintain all purchased components together with their respective purchase orders. * Ensure timely and proper receipt processing by securing the corresponding documentation required for this activity. * Send requirements to suppliers. * Maintain the supply web with actual requirements and remove duplicate ASNs. **ACTIVITIES** * Coordinate with receiving activities to ensure timely material unloading and receipt. * Identify material shortages to prevent downtime. * Develop a list of component transfers from Plant 3 to Plant 2. * Issue weekly releases to suppliers with corresponding requirements. * Ensure suppliers submit ASNs.
