




**Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration (Master’s preferred). * 10\+ years of experience in Finance management. * Experience in banking systems. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * English B2\. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the company's profitability (EBIT) and liquidity (Working Capital/Cash Flow). * Strategic Spending, deciding which projects get funded and approving departmental costs. * Operational Leadership, directing the daily workflow and priorities of the finance team. **Core Knowledge:** * Financial Reporting \& Analysis: Financial statements, cash flow management, and advanced cost analysis. * Budgets and Moving Plans; advanced financial project mgmt. * Tax \& Legal Compliance, Accounting rules, and LFT. Audit \& Control. * Operational Accounting: AP/AR aging; monthly closing processes (BPM) in ERP systems (specifically GERP) * Payroll \& HR Coord.: Reconciliation of accounting payroll vs. TRESS. * Treasury \& Payments: banking portals; provisional tax payments, IMSS, and vendor/customer payments. * Legal/Contractual Review: Financial compliance in contracts and strategic evaluation of financial lawsuits/demands. * Systems: ERP systems and Microsoft Office. * International Trade.
