We are currently seeking a **SYSTEMS ASSISTANT** **Job Requirements** * Technical degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. * Demonstrable knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and CCTV. * Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles; valid driver’s license required. * Availability for travel related to site openings. **Job Responsibilities** * Provide first-level support to users for hardware and software. * Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 / 11 operating systems. * Manage user accounts (profiles, permissions, synchronization, email). * Support corporate and service station operational applications. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to: * Drivers and device controllers * Network and multifunction printers * Network connectivity and access to shared resources * Microsoft Office suite (installation, updates, and configuration) * Technical knowledge of analog and IP-based CCTV systems. * Configuration of DVRs and NVRs; review of storage capacity and recording quality. * Basic maintenance: * Cleaning of cameras * Inspection and replacement of BNC / RJ45 connectors * Inspection of power supplies, PoE devices, and voltage levels * **Personal Attributes**: * Honesty * Dynamism * Commitment * Punctuality **We Offer:** * Salary: $14,000–$15,000 monthly, tax-free, based on experience * Statutory benefits from day one * Growth opportunities * On-site cafeteria facilities **Interested candidates may apply through this channel** Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
