At Comestibles Maldonado, we are seeking a **Senior Auditor with an operational/assistant focus**, with **prior experience in accounting and auditing firms**, to support the execution of internal and/or external audits, including process reviews, financial information analysis, and control compliance. Key Responsibilities * Support the planning and execution of internal and/or external audits for clients of the firm. * Review and analyze accounting, financial, and tax information provided by clients. * Verify compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures. * Perform audit tests and document results in working papers. * Identify risks, deviations, and areas for improvement in audited processes. * Prepare preliminary reports of findings and observations. * Follow up on observations from previous audits. * Support account reconciliations and account reviews. * Maintain organized and up-to-date audit documentation. * Respond to information requests from lead auditors, management, and clients. * Support audit closure and delivery of reports. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * **Mandatory experience in accounting and auditing firms (3 years).** * Knowledge of auditing standards and internal controls. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Organization, responsibility, and task follow-up. * Teamwork and results orientation. * SAP system proficiency.
