As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of Localiza&Co and responsible for delivering exceptional service to establish strong relationships, offering customized solutions for each of our customers. If you have experience in customer service and are interested in joining a dynamic and growing team, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers from different segments at service counters, providing information and presenting contractual terms agreed upon during car rental contract openings; * Contribute to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction at the agency by delivering friendly and differentiated service, and informing customers about available communication channels at the conclusion of all rental contracts; * Contribute to the subsidiary’s growth and profitability by negotiating rates at the service desk, offering additional services, and collecting reimbursable expenses; * Ensure the subsidiary maintains an appropriate vehicle fleet relative to rental volume by daily monitoring of vehicle reservation and return reports; * Verify that amounts received from car rentals comply with established procedures and system authorizations through issuance and review of cash closing reports, payment slip processing, and cash control; * Contribute to fleet safety and quality by conducting daily inspections of available vehicles, recording unproductive kilometers when necessary, and tracking open contracts; * Maintain the quality of the customer database by accurately completing and updating customer records; * Oversee the physical infrastructure, organization, and operations of the subsidiary by continuously complying with and monitoring requirements for maintaining the subsidiary’s overall structure. What do we require? * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Completed or incomplete undergraduate degree. * Basic-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Proactivity and communication skills. * Advanced English. * Flexible availability. * On-site work. * Interpersonal skills. * Negotiation techniques.
