What will you do in this role? Manage the full lifecycle of heavy cargo claims administration and handling for ocean, air, and land shipments. Detailed review of terms and conditions related to cargo claims. Ensure rapid and efficient claim resolution to provide immediate responses to customer requests. Seek economically sound and timely resolution of all claims. Prepare customer claim reports. Maintain direct communication between insurers and customers. **To succeed, you need:** 2 years of experience in claims handling, insurance, and heavy cargo risk management for ocean, air, and land shipments. Knowledge of applicable international and local legislation and conventions governing the claims process.
