REQUIREMENTS: \- Age 25 to 45 years, gender unrestricted, high school education, ability to drive standard transmission (valid driver's license required), minimum one year of experience in similar positions, proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Organizational skills, customer attention and service orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Advise customers on service options when their vehicles visit the dealership, acting as the liaison between the vehicle owner and the automotive technician, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. \- Receive and deliver service vehicles, managing the entire process from start to finish, with full documentation support.
