




* **Operations coordination:** Supervise daily activities at the shipping dock, coordinating workflow among dock staff and other departments such as warehouse and transportation. * **Shipment management:** Manage the shipment schedule, plan routes, and assign personnel to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods. * **Staff supervision:** Lead and train dock personnel, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards. * **Quality control:** Ensure shipments are executed correctly by supervising cargo loading and unloading, and verifying proper documentation and packaging. * **Incident management:** Resolve problems or discrepancies arising during the shipping process, such as cargo damage or delivery delays. * **Record keeping:** Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking details and customer information. * **Continuous improvement:** Stay informed about industry trends to implement strategies that optimize operational efficiency.
