We are currently seeking our next: **Motorcycle Master Mechanic** Position Objective * Plan, diagnose, and carry out major, specialized, and complex repairs on the motorcycle fleet, ensuring operational readiness. Responsibilities * Advanced Diagnostics: Diagnose complex faults in motorcycle engines, electronic systems (ECU), and transmissions. * Major Repairs: Perform major repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission adjustments, and repairs of advanced braking systems. * Serve as technical mentor and supervisor for support staff handling less complex repairs. * Quality Testing: Conduct road tests and final adjustments after repairs to ensure unit functionality and safety. * Inventory and Tools Management: Document and monitor the use of motorcycle-specific spare parts and tools. * Technical Documentation: Generate detailed technical reports for complex repairs and maintain up-to-date service records for all units serviced. Required Knowledge * Motorcycle Electronic Fuel Injection and Carburetion Systems * Motorcycle Steering Geometry, Suspension, and Chassis * Electricity and Electronics Applied to Safety Systems (ABS, Traction Control) Salary: $15,000 per month Statutory Benefits Positive work environment Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Work Location: C. 30 2558, Colón Industrial, 44940 Guadalajara, Jalisco.
