Position Mission: To deliver personalized, approachable, and high-quality service to guests during their stay, leveraging every interaction as an opportunity to build trust and identify potential customers interested in the product—proactively inviting guests to learn about the commercial offering in the sales room and acting as the first key link in the sales process. Job Responsibilities 1. Provide personalized, warm, and solution-oriented service to guests during their stay, becoming their point of contact within the hotel. 2. Use every service interaction as an opportunity to spark conversation, create interest and build trust with the guest—aiming to achieve a natural and effective invitation to the sales room without applying direct commercial pressure. 3. Proactively invite guests with suitable profiles to the sales room, highlighting potential benefits aligned with their profile and preferences. 4. Communicate relevant information gathered during guest interactions (profile, interests, traveler type, perceived objections) to the respective sales representative to facilitate a personalized sales initiation. 5. Deliver an effective introduction between the guest and the sales representative, ensuring a smooth and professional handover. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate guest arrivals in the sales room and ensure seamless, efficient service. 7. Accurately record each invitation and its outcome in the designated management tools, ensuring full process traceability and consistency. 8. Actively participate in trainings, team meetings, and feedback sessions to enhance interpersonal and sales skills. 9. Contribute to achieving individual and team commercial goals, recognizing that quality service forms the foundation for generating real sales opportunities. What are we looking for? * 1–2 years’ experience inviting and prospecting couples for the Club Vacacional sales room presentation. * Degree in Tourism, Public Relations, Hotel Management, or related field. * Advanced English; additional languages highly valued. * Interest in commercial areas and sensitivity to identifying sales opportunities. * Strong communication and public relations skills, proactive attitude, customer orientation, strong service vocation, and results focus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
