





**Administrative Coordinator** Work Mode: On-site \| Location: **Villas de la Hacienda, Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico.** At **Excelencia Educativa Editorial**, we are seeking an organized, analytical individual with a strong sense of responsibility to coordinate the organization’s **administrative and accounting activities**. **What will be your mission?** Manage and execute **administrative and accounting processes**, ensuring proper control over collections, accounting records, operational workflows, and compliance with tax obligations, thereby supporting the company’s daily operations. **Key Responsibilities** Carry out and monitor **collections** and client invoicing Monitor **administrative incidents** and track payments Prepare and manage **advisors’ account statements** Record transactions in the accounting system and maintain **general accounting** Support the preparation and monitoring of **cash flow** Coordinate **accounting closings** and prepare basic reports Monitor compliance with **tax obligations** Prepare, review, and safeguard **administrative documentation and contracts** **What We Offer** Salary: **MXN $15,000–$18,000 net monthly** Working Hours: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Requirements** Completed bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Accounting, or related field** Minimum **2 years of experience** in administrative-accounting roles Proficiency in **ERP systems and Excel** English proficiency preferred **Key Competencies:** organization, attention to detail, effective communication, accountability, collaborative teamwork, and results orientation Position Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $15,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
