Coordinate New Project Engineers to introduce new projects in accordance with customer requirements. Coordinate project startup and closure to ensure cost, quality, and on-time delivery. Manage the work team to achieve results based on customer requirements while meeting established timelines. Supervise the performance of subordinates and report results to superiors when necessary. Decision-making, problem-solving, and support for customer escalations.
