**Customer Service Executive** **(Billing and Administrative Processes)** **Location:** Durango, Dgo. **Schedule:** 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Position Type:** Full-time **Program:** Young People Building the Future Customer Support \| Evolsoft (Durango) At Evolsoft, a Durango-based company specializing in enterprise software development, we are seeking a graduate in Accounting or a related field to provide functional support to users of our systems. This position is NOT a programming role. It is a customer-facing and support-oriented role focused on resolving real-world system usage questions—especially those related to sales, billing, and administrative processes—and helping users optimize their use of our systems. What does this position involve? You will be the person who supports customers when: "They don’t remember how to process a sale." "An error appears in the system." "They have questions about billing (PUE, CFDI, concepts, etc.)." "They want to know why the system displays a specific message." "They need help uploading information." Most inquiries arrive via WhatsApp, and your job will be to clearly and courteously explain how the system works and what actions to take in each case. You will also assist in delivering software training sessions to businesses. Key Responsibilities * Address customer questions regarding the use of Evolsoft-developed systems. * Explain processes such as sales, billing, recordkeeping, and reporting, based on accounting knowledge. * Resolve and guide users through common system messages or errors. * Provide customer support via WhatsApp, phone, and email. * Log incidents and follow up on requests. * Support training initiatives and develop simple user guides or manuals.
