Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Gto **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and track customer orders (EDI and direct communication) * Coordinate with Production, Materials, and Quality to prioritize shipments * Administer order changes and customer requirements * Send ASN and shipment documentation (BOL, packing list, etc.) * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and follow-up * Monitor on-time delivery (OTD) performance * Participate in APQP meetings and ECN management * Weekly reporting of customer backlog **Requirements** * Advanced English (mandatory) * 3 years of Customer Service experience in industry (manufacturing preferred) * ERP / EDI system proficiency * Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure **Competencies** * Customer service * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Sense of urgency
