This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced small business environment, communicates flawlessly in English, and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy being the backbone of an operation — this role is for you. **What You'll Be Doing** * Answering inbound calls and serving as the first point of contact for customers — professionally and warmly * Scheduling jobs, appointments, and follow\-ups for field crews * Making outbound calls to collect payments and follow up on outstanding invoices * Preparing and organizing basic marketing reports (campaign performance, lead tracking, etc.) * Supporting the business owner with day\-to\-day tasks and special projects as needed * During slower seasons, taking on additional responsibilities across operations, customer service, or marketing support — flexibility is key **What We're Looking For** * Outstanding spoken and written English — this is a must; you will be communicating directly with U.S.\-based customers * Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant roles * Comfortable making and receiving calls confidently and professionally * Basic proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or scheduling software (experience with CRM or field service platforms is a plus) * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Self\-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision * Adaptable and willing to support different areas of the business as needs evolve **Nice to Have** * Experience supporting a home services, construction, or field\-based business * Familiarity with invoicing or payment collection processes * Basic understanding of social media or digital marketing **Why Join?** * Stable, long\-term remote opportunity with a U.S. company * Consistent Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends * Supportive, small\-team environment where your work truly makes a difference * Room to grow as the business scales * **Schedule:** Monday – Friday \| 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST *This position is sourced and managed by Brenner Business Solutions, a nearshore staffing agency connecting top talent in Mexico and Latin America with small businesses across the United States.* Job Types: Full\-time, Contract, Permanent Pay: $17,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
