At **Red Integral**, we are seeking a person passionate about payroll, with high accuracy and a service-oriented mindset, who masters **NOI** and end-to-end personnel administration processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Preparation of biweekly payroll with full management in **NOI**. * Entry and control of attendance incidents in **NOI** (absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, permits, etc.). * Registration of incidents in the **AS400** system. * Employee onboarding and offboarding in the internal system and **IDSE**. * Preparation and processing of **IMSS** and **ISN** payments. * Calculation of severance pay, final settlements, and management of employee separations. * Administration of benefits: savings fund and vouchers in **TOKA**. * Preparation of monthly payroll reports. * Personalized support to employees. * Review and updating of electronic personnel files. * Issuance of employment and employer certificates. * Management of punctuality and attendance awards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.** * Mandatory proficiency in **NOI**. * Experience with **IDSE**, **SUA/IMSS**, and **ISN**. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT)**. **Key Skills** * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organization and sense of urgency. * Confidentiality in handling information. * Internal customer orientation. **We Offer** * **Salary: MXN $22,000 gross per month.** * Statutory benefits. * **Grocery vouchers: MXN $1,000 per month.** * **Punctuality and attendance awards.** * Job stability and professional development. * Excellent work environment. **Work Location:** Toreo / 4 Caminos **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Work Modality:** On-site Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term position Salary: MXN $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
