This role supports operational efficiency and financial accountability by: Maintaining asset records on IT management system platforms such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, and IGEL UMS. Coordinating with IT Operations and Integration teams to meet equipment needs promptly. Managing equipment refresh cycles and forecasting annual procurement requirements. Driving financial compliance through accurate reporting, audit readiness, and adherence to licensing agreements. Providing actionable insights via asset utilization and cost analysis reports, enabling informed budgeting and strategic decisions, while driving cost optimization through proactive asset planning, accurate data management, and streamlined processes to maximize resource efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures. ### **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience in IT Service Desk. * Upper intermediate Excel level. * Advance English Level (B2\). * Experience creating dashboards in Power BI. * Service\-oriented. **Job responsibilities.** 1\. Maintain accurate records of all IT assets (hardware and software) in IT Management system platforms such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, and IGEL UMS. 2\. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all asset management systems. 3\. Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and disposal. 4\. Coordinate timely equipment refresh cycles to meet organizational standards. 5\. Forecast annual hardware requirements and assist in budgeting for IT assets. 6\. Identify procurement needs based on usage trends and refresh schedules. 7\. Collaborate with Integration teams, Operations Managers, and other stakeholders to fulfill equipment requests promptly. 8\. Support IT Operations in resolving asset\-related issues. 9\. Ensure proper decommissioning and secure disposal of retired assets. 10\.
