**Job Objective** Control, analyze, and prepare construction estimates, ensuring accurate integration of costs, quantity take-offs, and budgets, thereby guaranteeing project profitability and financial control in accordance with the contract. **Functions and Responsibilities** Review of estimates. Perform quantity take-offs and volume quantification. Monitor baseline and comparative budgets against actual progress. Compile and review unit prices. Analyze direct and indirect costs. Track change orders, extras, and extraordinary items. Validate subcontractor lump-sum payments and payments to contractors. Prepare construction financial reports (actual cost vs. budget). Follow up on change orders and amendment agreements. Coordinate with site supervisors, inspectors, and the administrative department. **Education:** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree holder). **Experience:** * 3 to 5 years in construction control, estimating, and cost analysis. * Verifiable experience Salary negotiable.
