Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Resident to supervise, administer, and comprehensively manage construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with drawings and schedules. Professional development within a leading company with 30+ years of experience We are a team of professionals with over three decades of experience in the construction industry, recognized as a leading and reputable company due to our work. **CIVIL CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT** **Objective**: Supervision, administration, and comprehensive management of a construction project. The role ensures that construction is executed according to drawings, technical specifications, budget, and established timelines. **Position Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, duly licensed and certified. * **Must reside in Los Cabos** * **Experience**: 3–4 years of experience in construction supervision or as a construction resident. * Proficiency in construction processes, regulations, drawing reading and interpretation, cost estimation, and cost control. * **Software proficiency**: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office (primarily Excel), and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Neodata). * **Valid driver’s license**. * Experience in **luxury residential homes or developments**. * Minimum commitment of 1 year per project. **Position Responsibilities:** * **Supervision and Coordination**: Lead on-site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure all work is performed correctly. * **Planning and Execution**: Develop work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to the project timeline. * **Quality Control**: Verify that materials, labor, and construction processes comply with current standards and regulations. * **Administration**: Manage site resources—including personnel, materials, and equipment—and control budgets and estimates to ensure costs remain within limits. * **Safety**: Ensure compliance with all occupational safety and hygiene regulations on site to prevent workplace hazards. * **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and maintain the site logbook, progress reports (physical and financial), cost estimates, and all necessary project documentation. * **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues arising during construction. * **Communication**: Serve as the liaison between the company, client, suppliers, and work team, maintaining effective communication. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Biweekly salary payment * 10% punctuality bonus * 10% attendance bonus * Grocery vouchers * Full IMSS registration (100%) * 20-day Christmas bonus ***Note*****: Residency in Los Cabos is mandatory; applicants from outside the area will not be considered.** Salary: $28,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
