Opportunities for professional growth and job stability Position: Academic Tutor **Location:** Azcapotzalco, CDMX **Work Mode:** In-person \| Part-time **Salary:** $14,000.00 monthly net \+ statutory benefits **ISETI**, Latin America’s leading institute in translation and interpretation, is looking for an Academic Tutor committed to educational excellence. **Responsibilities:** In this role, you will be responsible for providing continuous follow-up to students enrolled in online programs, guiding them throughout their academic journey. * Train newly enrolled students on the use of virtual platforms and basic online learning tools. * Provide academic advising to online students regarding access to live classes and submission of assignments. * Guide students in using the institutional platform and academic applications. * Provide initial orientation to students on academic regulations and essential administrative procedures. * Support administrative processes such as certification issuance, academic transcripts, and document uploads. * Assist with drafting **institutional announcements.** * Conduct orientation sessions for newly enrolled students on portal usage and university operations. * Manage course assignment and enrollment to ensure proper registration. * Monitor payments, account statements, and completion of academic activities. * Accompany students throughout their academic development, fostering effective communication and pedagogical guidance. * Upload assignments in Moodle. * Develop screen-recorded tutorials to explain platform usage or academic procedures. * Supervise and evaluate classes and workshops. * Support and monitor faculty in the use of virtual platforms and basic online learning tools. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Education, **Pedagogy**, Didactics, Linguistics, Translation, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in student support. * Proficiency in Moodle and educational platforms. * Excellent leadership, pedagogical analysis, and communication skills.
